I host servers usually to test add-ons, or to just mess around with friends, Occasionally work on a big project. Whoever joins that I don't know is usually allowed to freebuild or do whatever.
So Freebuild, Hangout, Experiments.

See, usually I try to do what I call true-RPs, usually space themed, where people are restricted in their apparel depending on where they are and must build enclosed structures (and not have jets) and various other rules and regulations.
