I dont really want to sign up for a stupid IGN forum board, so I came here for help.


So I remember when I first started playing Fallout, and I was walking around Gun runners (I think) and I walked into this house. There was this married couple living there and they said they had a plan to take over the NV strip. Who were these guys and where are they located?
