I have both.
Multiplayer: Boderlands wins by a stuffton.
Single player: AC:B kicks Borderlands sad tail in that respect.
They are both fun games though.

I'm going more for Multiplayer than anything else.
Only because it NEEDS replay value, as I seldom have enough money for a decent game.
