The fact that he used a non-existant email to register and hasn't provided us with his BL_ID means that he's an alt.
You are not inclined to thank him for apologizing when he has no purpose on this forum in the first place.

I can thank him for apologizing because he witnessed his wrongs, and is wants to get a clean-er slate. Mind you it is stained because of that juice he spilled, some of it was removed.
And unless I interpreted this wrong, I have no right to apologize back because I'm a alt with no purpose here.

ralphelliottz@hotmail.com was the email registered for the username ralphelliott, upon going to hotmail and doing the captcha for the forgotten password (the easiest way to check if an email is actually registered) it seems the email does not exist.
Yet ralphelliott@hotmail.com does.
The user registered to that email is Zelot, and Ralphelliott's ID is 22070
