The only reason these people are unknown to us is because we can't trace their IP and get information from their ISP (who can get in trouble because they're allowing this data to be sent)
Those of higher authority, however, can.

Most ISPs have a privacy policy concerning the release of names and anything about their subscribers. You would need a warrant to force the ISP to give you this kind of information.

I like how this guy is the biggest creep in existence.
First as Canto Xe, he follows me around on all sorts of messaging sites.
Then he's back as Bonerstorm.
Then he's back as Slang.
And then I noticed he changed his Steam name to Sensation.
Glad I didn't accept his Steam request.
It's ironic really, I disliked him the first time I met him, his character being so annoying.
Then as Bonerstorm, before he announced in person that he is Canto, I figured he was just as annoying.
And then when he creeps back in as Slang again! He's a completely annoying richard.
And as it turns out, he's terrible at Blockland too.

I know there's no relative rating for people's skill in Blockland, but he is pretty terrible.
