Author Topic: Free video editor?  (Read 824 times)

Because WLMM was made way worse than WMM, I am in need of some free video editor that has at least decent abilities to edit video. Mainly, just 2x speed, and .5x speed, and some fancy text whatnot.

Raisin is, it can't cost money because I can only earn money during when the snow is melted. Then I can work on driveways and fix stuff up with dad for cash.

Any decent ones? They don't have to be good, just better than WLMM.

Nothing decent... At least nothing I know of for Windows, and none that I can recall for Mac...

You might try Wax. It can do layering and chroma key stuff, but it isn't exactly completely user friendly, and it crashed a lot. That was on my old laptop, though. I think I only used it for one video. But, give it a try and see what you can do.

And yeah, trying to use WLMM in place of WMM was what got me to buy Vegas, but that worked out well for me.

I have Wax, but exporting the video is too slow and I just don't get it. :c
Does Vegas have a demo at least? and if so, any time limits or restrictions?

If you're exporting slow it probably has something to do with your computer's specs not the software itself.

Try exporting in a lower quality format.

Why is this free for me? Apparently, you must buy it. Meh.

I would If i understood Wax.
Another question is, is the original WMM compatible with W7, 'cause if it is, I'd be fine.

Audacity

Its loving awesome

I found the old WMM, and it's compatible with W7.
I like it more for certain raisins.
