I have the first. I was mostly looking forward to LBP2 for the circuitry and music thing.

More power (in some cases), better OS (no matter what you use. A desktop and folder GUI will always beat the Xbox dashboard and the PS3 XMB, which are both the same except Xbox's is turned sideways and the icons are huge)
