 Colonel Gaddafi on the state television said he would arm civilians to defend Libya against what he calls "colonial crusader. The speech was several hours after the first attacks on western troops. Gaddafi said that the arms dumps will be open to anyone who wishes to defend the country.

  Gaddafi said that North African and Mediterranean war zone now, and that these countries now in danger.

  The Libyan state was at the end of the evening said that a French fighter was shot down. France has denied.

It doesn't matter, the EU and China don't do stuff because they're worthless. The US is the only country that really does anything the UN needs done, and since the US is too weak to fight another war, nothing will happen in Libya. まほ～

I'm just saying, two entities with more than enough power to project a power of change in war-torn developing countries, and they just sit back on their ass and complain when the US does too much or too little. The UN was actually in favor of a no-flight zone over Libya, but decided it couldn't be enforced because the United States didn't have the resources to enforce; despite the fact that England, Russia, France, and China are all members of the permanent security council. マホ～
