You could theoretically just edit it digitally to get the right color. But that's not as easy is it? :s

Anyways, do you need the laser to be visible in daylight? Because I think it needs to be >50 MW to be visible.

No, they can't. Read up on lasers works because they aren't like regular non-coherent light.
