Heed's server doesn't have enough admins.

I was one there for awhile, but then I fetched some guy I teamkilled because I felt bad for him and got de-admined and banned for a day. Still, he needs moar admins.

Actually, you don't have to wait for someone to join your server to ban them.  By using the console command:
