PF-ing is not related to where you live. It is related to the ISP and the router. These are some common reasons:
* If the ISP puts you behind their NAT. In this case you are pretty much out of luck.
* Some routers have UPnP turned of for security reasons, badspot can't help you there (although you can usually turn on UPnP manually). Usually these routers where shipped with UPnP on and then someone in your family/something turned it off manually.
* Apple Airport routers have their own protocol NAT-PnP for remote configuration. This is fixable by badspot (or an add-on) implementing auto-PF with NAT-PnP (or you doing PF manually).
* Also, some routers simply has no UPnP/NAT-PnP/whatever-support, in this case you need to PF yourself.
In all of these cases, it is your own fault, not badspot's.

Dropped and spawned weapons should have physics, dead players should have physics, bullet casings should have physics, their should be support for more active physic objects at a time, and their should be an option for bricks that aren't supported by other bricks to go into physic/fake death/death/whatever mode.

Your router probably doesn't have the ports required to do it.

Wow, that made no sense at all.

If you don't have UPnP or ports forwarded, you cannot host.
You can't just magically make servers.
