pc it actually takes skill to quickscope, since everyone else is so much more precise with regular weapons...
or play competitive promod, where the scope is a very important aspect of the team
also, only console scrubs do 'quickscoping'

I don't understand how this is easier on consoles, or why PC makes it less of a problem.

because by the time you aim the scope you are already killed by a guy from long range with an smg

PC = Everyone has better reflexes/people get dropped much faster
Xbox= when crosshairs are accurately lined up, it sticks to the person for about half a second.
Honestly Call of Duty isn't a realistic game, so don't complain about it not being one. When I see someone trying to being a sniper person, I always kill them. I don't get why someone would complain about it beside the fact they can't do it. If you are good, they are an easy kill.
