Are focus effects n' stuff in BL possible?

I was watching some stuff on YouTube and thought, is there a way to make motion blur? And is it possible to manually adjust focus? (Like in the HUD screenshots)

Is there a mod for it or something?

I assume he was watching something on Youtube that made Blockland look better than it is (see: xC3110x :cookieMonster:) and wondered if it would be possible to make some of those graphical effects actual in-game featuroonies.

I hardly believe that's currently done with the engine.

If possible closest thing would be 4 .png's and based on the player speed they will appear as a overlay that blurs around his eyes (crosshair).
