Characters are cosmetic. But if you wanna be really specific, Chip has no bottom wear, only leg wear. So technically he can't get as many useless bonuses. As for latency, the master server isn't so great, they need to fix it. Level 5 btw, still have the 3 day gift weapons. Also met CC in game, he must have recognized me. |

Ok let me get this across, the gameplay is nothing like TF2. The art style is, gameplay is more like BFH. Since there's a friends thing, add Proog, or Proogles depending if it goes by your Nick Name or Login Name. |
