--- Quote from: Custard on March 24, 2011, 07:25:51 PM ---CityRPG is a mod that portrays real life. Corruption occurs often in real life, which directly imposes the same fate onto people who play this mod. Corruption must be dealt with, and here we are, doing such. --- End quote --- I went to my local restaurant and surprisingly didn't get killed. I then tried taking a gun with me but the cops arrested me for possessing a weapon without a permit. |

Whether or not CityRPG adopts the same codes as we do in real life is not the point. |

--- Quote from: Custard on March 24, 2011, 06:35:10 PM ---It appears that you've pinned yourself, Surburb. This topic was already prone to backfire, there was no need to strike back, yet you still found it necessary to throw yourselves into humiliation by subjecting yourselves to such a wide spread of perspectives? That isn't a smart thing to do, and I of all people would know. Your best bet is to stop subjecting yourselves to such drama, and eventually it will surpass without any affect to you, your administrators, or your server. This situation deserves some observation, however, so please place yourself into the shoes of Jasa, who has continually worked his ass off for your server, only to have you issue to him a ban like he was nothing more than a measly guest who had been causing trouble. Not to mention, you went on a wide killing spree yourself, and other players who had done the same weren't punished as Jasa had been. There's also lack of civil coding to base your bans on, because I have yet to see a rule book with civil laws that include some of the following laws, such as excessive killing, ghost killing, and chat spamming. It would be of best interest to remove Jasa's ban, and in turn recognize him for his effort towards your server, totally disregarding the situation he had put you through. Please remember that I've had the same situation with you, yet I still managed to forgive you. After all, you did give me a swell idea for an overpass, as Jasa gave you a swell city to start your server off with. Find the connections, consider the connections, and look through the glass of perspective. --- End quote --- Custard, he did not ban jasa, I did. Surburb was not on the server when Jasa went douchebag mode and with on a mass killing spree even though everyone including me told him to stop and that he was abusive. Surburb came on, told him to stop, he continued. so he de-superadmined him to admin. And then Jasa decided to go on the server when Surburb wasn't there again and cleared all bricks and left. he then returned shortly after to say that he has a save and if he gets superadmin back then he will load it. He would of gotten superadmin back if he didn't pull such an outrageous richard move. I don't know about Surburb, but i will not let that rampant butthurt douchebag back on the server anytime soon. He didn't even change anything in the script, and we're removing everything he made and replacing it with new stuff. He also said he added some script to make him admin as he pleases or some stuff. If i put myself in Jasa's shoes, i'd feel a complete douchebag and would accept the punishment. |

Your points are valid, and I was unaware of this side of the story beforehand, so I do agree that the actions you have taken are completely legitimate and fair. I'll look into the situation more, but from the information you've given me, it looks like this falls under the favor of Surburb and his server. |
