Looks like I've solved it.

I have even more proof.

Vangaboo's 3rd alt known as Zapk was registered using the email zapgravity@gmail.com which is tied to *******@hotmail.ca which is pretty obviously shiebel@hotmail.ca

Vangaboo is back. Oh god.

Protip: Next time you make an alt Vang, you shouldn't tie it to the emails you have gotten banned on before. I check for this stuff.
