Uh, all of the official replays have the "nin*" prefix, and there are a lot of non-japanese names.
Also, I'm on the community right now!

I'm sure some NoA employees would use the same prefix, but you're probably right. They were both based in California so I'm not sure how that might affect that.

I think NoA is in Washington or something. I could be wrong though.
Also I joined the Blockland Mario Kart community.

I just owned Kingdaro twice.
I don't really like the community system. Got 6 points but I'm still at 0 due to a connection error.

Has a Mario Kart 7 section along with communities, tells about future system updates
And has the new friend code chart that regulith made, it also has clickable logos that lead to game/product page info.
