I was trying t fight two Ghasts in the Nether. They were shooting at me, so I was dodging around like a moron. Unfortunately, I was on top of a sort of nether-bridge at the time, and as I danced like an idiot to dodge their fireballs, I fell off of the bridge and died in lava. I lost two enchanted tools and an enchanted iron tunic, along with a spare set of extra tools, a stack of arrows, spare coal, wheat (for animals), a bow, a compass, a watch, and some other stuff I usually carry.

While I was trying to ARSE mine a group of armored orcs, 3 managed to gang up on me and trap me.
I didnt manage to get them off in time before the rest came, then I was eaten.
