SkipCam94 hit the ground too hard.
Racer:
A bird got sucked into one of my A-10's turbines during takeoff. The turbine proceded to burst into flames and I fell back to the ground before I could eject.

A hummel one-shotted my Tiger by hitting my ammo rack, I was the last one on my team left, though

I died in Terraria yesterday by falling into a hole and using my cloud in a bottle too early and fell the rest of the way and splatteded on the ground.
