why did you get blockland

I joined because like building things and blockland seemed cool.
I'm still playing because i like architecture

EDIT: Loel, everyone is trying to claim they came before V8. I personally came in V9, and I don't believe everyone that has chosen V8 or before.

but i did join in v8
also i think i got blockland because i was interested in torque and it seemed like a good example of what torque was capable of

I saw random youtube videos of vanilla bl and found the retail demo. I still have BL v1. something on my old mac.
I dunno when I bought the game, somewhere between v.1 and 8 I guess.
