The awesomeness of this build is to great for mere mortal words to describe.

But you should think of something other than ion engines. Ion engines by there very nature are hard to scale up, cant accelerate very well at all, and are only effective because they use almost no fuel.
I rather like this engine type when dealing with the near future.
