I was picking on you trying to see what kind of reaction I could get out of a hypocritical weeaboo autistic, it was fun if somewhat cruel I'll admit, and I didn't think you'd freak out like this. I wasn't trying to make you leave, I was teasing you and I guess I took it too far, so I'm inclined to apologize; I had no idea how seriously you take stupid stuff. I don't think you're a bad person, and I'm obviously not in love with you, and since this obviously-offensive running-joke of mine has evidently done you so much harm, I'll stop.
To reiterate:

But I won't apologize to Yoga, because all he does is brag about his "trolling" and how he's one of "bl's most legendary trolls". I was treating him the same way, except he's not only autistic but kind of handicapped, so I blocked him because he wouldn't stop bugging in the middle of my games asking if he could join or if I could play a game he had, and on more than one occasion getting long, vivid descriptions from him about his killstreaks and no-scopes he'd done Counterstrike while I was playing a game I actually cared about.
Technically バカツール is correct but if you say "ツール” to a Japanese person they'll think you either mean powertools or snake.
