A precautionary measure is taken in advance to protect against something that may occur in the future. People have spammed comments with ads and tried to submit failed add-ons in the past so now I do this to avoid having to clean up after them.

Besides, winbin is gone now, so Icy should be unbanned. I doubt he'll put it up again.

I do understand both sides, but I agree with Pentium. Icy should be unbanned now, he has learned his lesson.

it's too bad it'd have to use some form of a password and/or key confirmation and you'd use that as an excuse to get rid of competition.

Yeah well RTB's my only source of income, which I may lose with competition. Can you blame me for wanting to be able to put dinner on the table every night for my wife and kids?
