PS3 or PS3 move bundle.

Hey guys, so I just got my check from Sony after my old PS3 was broken, they decided it wasn't worth fixing, so they sent me a refund for my PS3 as I requested, I got it deposited into my bank account, and it was a $300 check. So, now I need to make the decision, do I want to get a PS3, or do I want to get the PS3 with Move bundle?
So, I'm coming to you guys, is Move any good? Is it worth the extra $100?
This is what my shopping list would be so far;
Playstation 3
Some random TV
God of War 3
Dead Space 2
Little Big Planet 1
If anyone could recommend me a TV that'd be sweet. It needs to be able to mount on a wall though.
