You have no real right to call child services on the family of a child who simply isn't doing good in school.

Not to mention it's not necessarily abuse either. Miika has the intelligence of a child too but the police aren't busting down her door in the name of justice.

Her mother was manipulating the system to keep Shelby in a homeschooling program while not doing the coursework and dodging the state tests. This is a crime.
