Do you really tell the people in real life that you think those with genetic disease shouldn't be allowed to reproduce?
Not that it's a completely evil idea, but it's one of those politically incorrect things that most plebs go apestuff over and convince themselves that you're an incarnation of Riddler for thinking that way.
