Odd question: 1 license two people? (temporarily)

I'm quite sure it works, although when I heard this, it was way before last year. Although I doubt it, it may of stopped working with the latest versions.
Either way, its worth a try.

If the key is used by two different internet IP addresses it will be deactivated, I think. No idea about hamachi.

No, but it will give an error.

How far to LAN servers extent to? Distance-wise.
If she is in your 'range', you can host a LAN server with your full key, and she can join and can do everything you can do, without using a key. Badspot implemented this feature for a reason.
