Find a way to download RKILL: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/anti-virus/rkillMalwareBytes: http://www.malwarebytes.org/RKILL will kill the virus process, but it might not be allowed to open up because the fake virus will block it. If that happens, download the alternate versions, all found on the RKILL download site. Once RKILL has done it's job, Install MalwareBytes and update it, run a full scan and let it get rid of anything it finds.
Your helped the most but not for long. I had to do a system restore.
