You don't have to make an account, but could you?
We get more bonuses if you make a new one.
If you don't make a new one, I get like a month of game time.
If you do, I get the month, I get a 2-person flying mount we can both ride, and we can summon each other with this friend spell.
Also we don't get triple xp unless you make a new one.

I think you're either right on the minimum requirement or just below it.
The minimum calls for a GeForce FX (your series) or an ATI Radeon 9500 (lowest card of 9xxx series equivalent to FX 5xxx series).
So you may run it on super low.
