Barnbas taught him all he knows about building. He wasnt insulting him; he was just tellin him Barnbas is still better than him, but because he taught him how to build.

It sounds like insulting ones skill now.
Unfortunately I have no idea who this guy who said "Barnabas is better" is and that part of this situation, as that doesn't appear to be posted.

Did he SAY "because he taught him how to build" or are you just adding it to make it seem like it wasn't an insult.
That's like me saying "I'm better than you!!" People just don't automatically THINK the "because he taught you how to build" part.
