Steam Gifting Megathread (not sure if we had one)

I am not sure if we ever had a Steam gifting Megathread before, and when I searched, I found a lot of seperate "I'm gifting this for free" threads. So I made my own Megathread.
How?
If I remember correctly, you select the game, checkout, and eventually it will ask something about gift or for yourself, and then, if it's a gift, you type in Email address or Steam name. I believe.
If we ever had one, it is dead by now.
It would be kind if I was to, oh let's say randomly recieve a gift of Half Life 2 from some very generous person somewhere on another part of the world. I will try to gift something of equal cost to the gifter, but it may be a while before I can.
Now start gifting.

If anyone could help, I'd definitely appreciate Portal 2. I know it's a long shot and I'm asking for much, but I'm having troubles with money myself. My wallet has been empty for a while and I'm not getting any money for a long time.
I've tried looking for jobs, allowance is out of the question (parents don't have money either, I always bought my own video games).
