Where do I buy Postal 2?

Postal has become almost some sort of trolling game for Portal. I've seen several Postal 1/2 threads in my time and usually 50% of the replies were something along the lines of "I could swear it said Portal (2).". Now my skills have improved and I did not read this thread's title as Portal 2.
