I saw the ban as soon as he teamkilled.
I don't think he had the chance to say it, or maybe he though they would have enough common sense to know it was an accident.

I do believe it is a perma, he said there was no time of expiry on the ban notice.

I see an upset Daenth that didn't like why he got banned, and got people to put too much pressure on killer2. Most people in that position would make mistakes, and I don't think I want Daenth in my server if a simple ban would end up like that.
