The OP is asking you to enquire if you want to help. Not the other way around. You are some lazy assed person if you won't PM the creator of a project you want to contribute to. DrenDran is a good scripter who could most likely do it and he showed interest.

I like DrenDran, he is a nice guy but in this case his pride is getting in the way and he is being a jerk. The only reason I don't want to go into details is because this forum is predictable; I don't want people saying its a bad idea, saying they'd have no use for it, trying to claim they did it before... all that sort of offtopic trash that people like to throw in so much. Unfortunately the bi-product of that is people finding another way to go offtopic, such as bitching about the trivial matter of how I want to handle my project. Those people can go find something better to do with their time, because they must have a lot of it in that case. ;)

No but really it doesn't make a stuff of difference if it's your topic or not (this is what I mean by don't flatter yourself). I'm not following you, we're on the same forum. If I see a topic float to the top of a board, I'll read it and comment if I want to (and you can't stop me?). But please, continue with the whole "he's communicating with me so therefore he must be exclusively targeting me" (or something) routine.
