My dad breaks his left leg. Tibia fractured at the ankle and is fibula is broken in half. So he gets surgery and a screw is put in to help it heal correctly. Just recently he got the screw out. The doctor told him that when he first gets to walking, he should put about 10% of pressure on his left leg only. He ignores the doctors advice and walks around on both legs. He now can barely walk with both legs and has resorted back to crutches. His leg is also swelling and his incision bleeds from time to time. And you know what? I totally saw it coming. However if I told him that he would have ignored it because his head is shoved too far up his ass to take others advice about his health. So basically this thread is a discussion of stupidity with health and to rage at my dad for being dumb.
