RTB4 Beta

I can probably do something about v3/v4 not jamming - there shouldn't be any protocol changes that make them incompatible so it's probably something really dumb breaking it.
I'm going to go through the list of beta users later to see which people have switched back to v3.5 and will remove them from the beta, so some spots might open up later today.

What if I generally use v4 but sometimes use v3 for administrative purposes, etc?

Each client gets a variable called RTBVersion or something like that when they join. I'd assume RTB checks to make sure you're using the same version, and if you aren't, you can't access server control.
