What program are you using? I would assume MSpaint, which would mean you aren't really trying due to the art I am seeing here.

I used to use MSPaint but everyone called me an idiot so I switched to Paint.NET

There's this thing at the top of the window that has three dots and wavy lines. Do you see it? Press it. This way when you fill in your character's hair it won't have white dots. You may want to adjust the tolerance bar at the window too so then it won't fill in other colors. and seriously put clothes on him at the least :c
