Updating Video Drivers

I have a question, for some steam games I have to update my video driver, but when I go to the update page I'm not sure what things to pick. Could anyone help? I know that my pc is windows XP media center edition and ATI Radeon Xpress 200 graphics, but that's it.

http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx is what steam tells me to go to.

Are you sure its a ATI Radeon Xpress 200? I can't find anything like it.
