Not Hearing Chat in Minigames

When I start a Minigame in Retail I cannot hear the chat of others outside it. Is this a 'feature' designed to help or did I break it with my TDM Mod scripts? (Which don't edit serverCmdMessageSent at all - Only TeamMessageSent...?)

I think that you may have acquired a mod that changes the chat system, deactivate any minigame mods and then try again

Of course you can't "hear" the chat, blockland doesn't have a word to voice translating system

Would Randy's PM Mod change this? I don't think that changes the parts to do with minigames, only checking whether the first letter is "!" and then doing things.

My TDM mod, however, changes serverCmdTeamMessageSent. I'm pretty sure that wouldn't change anything as the problems are in Global chat not Team.
