Any good 3d modeling program?
Serge64:
I´m searching for a 3D modeling program, easy to work with, can export to dts, and some tutorial links for the program
ßoltster:
Milkshape or blender
Both have tutorial documentation on the forum
Serge64:
anything else...?
Headcrab Zombie:
Basically Milkshape or Blender.
Milkshape is $25, and is rather basic to the point that I don't see much use other than low-poly Blockland models.
Blender is free and easier than Milkshape (my opinion) and has many additional features if you decide to do things other than Blockland models.
Don't know any good Milkshape tutorials, but Blender tutorials I'd recommend are here and here though they may not be updated with the new UI.
There's a few others such as Sketchup and Wings 3D, but I don't know prices and if they can export to DTS

Probably, but I think they're what you're looking for. Of the two, milkshape would be easier to quickly start using - but costs money. Blender is free, but has a steeper learning curve.
Higher level programs like 3ds max, maya, etc are all great tools - but I think they're abit out of your price and skill range.
Go with blender if you're not willing to spend money.
