Those are horrible grades, what grade are you in? I'm surprised you see the light of day, and are still breathing. My parents would loving murder me if they saw that, mainly because they have a stuff ton of money saved up for college and they want me to be able to go. So I need the best grades I can get. I'm touring colleges, and I'm a sophomore ._.

I understand, I was intending that to be directed at OP though. Sorry to hear that though, there's no way in hell I would want to join the army. So you know, the army still likes to see good grades and on top of that physical/mental strength. I suggest putting the effort in anyway, to maximize your opportunities.

I've done all my homework at school before class for the past month and my lowest grade is a C+, only because there's like 4 entered grades and 60% of that grade is a test I didn't do so hot on.

I also feel like you might be exaggerating, because if you're failing the class, it's obviously not entirely the teacher's problem. I would feel sympathy if you were actually trying your absolute hardest to make the best out of the class and extract all the learning you could. Sorry I have to word it like that. Then, you would have an argument. If your parents said your teacher is saying you put no effort in, you would be able to pull out the work you've done and demonstrate a clear knowledge of the subject, and then it would be the teacher's fault. However, you don't seem to be trying "because the teacher is less than ideal" which is a possibility, but I doubt she's that bad. My spanish teacher gives good lessons, but he's absolutely awful about remembering homework, remembering to assign/collect it, and just overall he's kind of unreasonable. However, he's a good guy, and I try hard in his class and therefore I deal with it, and know the blame is on him for my current B+. /rant >:(

Speaking as a professional here for a moment:
Your teacher is really really handicapped and terrible at her job. Really. A teachers job is to teach; What the hell does colring get done? Honestly I don't think ANYONE should be doing that inc schools, it's a waste of time. And if a teacher doesn't collect homework, then what the hell is the point? No one will do it. The few that do will be learning, and that's great and all, but then if they don't receive the proper marks they won't have anything to prove that and they'll be treated like idiots anyway (which is probably what happened to you?). I mean, seriously, what the hell is the damn woman doing, did she just buy a degree from some hood on the streets or what? The woman doesn't deserve her job and should be removed immediately if she doesn't do anything to fix her act.
Feel free to let her know of this post and that I am a more than worthy person to have my thoughts on this.

When I was in 6th grade, I had probably the most dumbass teacher in the school system.
I do know for a fact that she was the dumbest teacher I've ever had.

HERE'S A LIST OF SOME OF THE STUPID THINGS SHE DID:
She basically preached to us about God, and how we should read the Bible and pray to God. Which, by the way, could get you in more trouble here than just being fired.
She lied, IN FRONT OF MY FACE, to my mother, and told her that I talk all the time in class, and never did my work. I did do my work, and never talked in class, not without permission.
She was black.
Someone asked her what he was supposed to be doing, and apparently that is ground for getting pissed the forget off. She decided that she was going to pick up his desk, slam it back on the ground, and yell that he was "tripping."
