Every build in the bedroo must now have the secret filled with 1x1's.
No-one sees it , no-one notices it but it still takes up 80K bricks.

I think both sides can be at fault. Let's start with OP...

Big Brother joins the server, the server ecosystem seems fine right now, and Big Brother wants to dramatically change the server system. Causing problems and revolts.

Dimitry was in the server before Big Brother. When Big Brother wanted to change things in the server, Dimitry wanted to rebel against it. But Dimitry handled the situation immaturely and some what over reacted.

Big Brother and Dimitry could have settled terms on what goes, and how much goes.
If terms don't work, server vote will, if that doesn't, then Big Brother should leave.

i got to the server an hour before Dimitry, left, then came back when he was there. During the time I adjusted the server, Dimitry wasn't there.

On a Dedicated server, I have to load like a normal admin would; waiting for the save. On a Normal server, on the other hand, I wouldn't have to wait for the stupid save, it loads right away.
