He was playing you for chumps. It was no doubt a joke, Ephi is probably the only person who can control the bot.

Only stupid kids who spend all day chatting on the IRC main page have ever even considered that BlockBot isn't a bot. Fact is, its so obvious it is a bot that even humouring them is a step too far.

It's an approved bot that's been there for ages, even when CC admins were present in the #rtb channel.

The bot would have nothing to do with your name being unavailable.

I didn't say the bot would do with my name.
I was registering my name at the time so if anyone changed their nick to Dillpickle, I could get on and make them change it. My Problem =/= Bot Question
