Old <v9 add-ons

V9 add ons still exist too. V8 add ons were lost and needed to be ported to fit v9 and present day. However anything uploaded to RTB 2 was lost when ephialtes closed down the archive.

i still have a ton of them, gikons weapons, the sniper rifle, the master rifle, and a few others are the main hilights i think
