Brick use reduction script.

So far it seems to be working great, if anyone wants to give me any builds to run the script on and reupload, they can, even if it's just a bunch of spam.

Choose weather you want it to just skip and avoid all bricks with events, or to combine them like normal, and transfer the events to the combonation brick.
