I have the same problem. I tried getting the TF2 Butterfly Knife an it didn't work.

Umm....  FusterCluckage? Anyways, Did you extract the folder? Because your not supposed to. As I know, It's simple as Download, Place in Add-ons folder, Start Blockland.
