So last night I bought some more RP for League of Legends and now I'm 18 off of being able to get another skin, I asked for the extra RP on a forum topic, I drew a picture of the champion Garen and he was like, Black. I said they needed a skin for Garen to make him black.

They closed the topic, I didn't get any RP. QQ
