Im not loving scripting jesus, i cant just stuff out a working script and say "hay guis loel lewk att mi knew skrippt!!"
And i use milkshape because blender is too complicated and confusing for me.

I think it looks just fine, i just need to redo the barrels and some parts of the stocks.

No, they aren't. A texture is the graphic, the material is the supplementary graphic that defines its characteristics, such as what it's made out of (concrete vs. dirt) and bumpmapping.
