Honestly I have both I think both are complete stuff (compared to PC). If it's on the PC then I get for the PC, if not I'll buy it for either console. :/

You'll be okay. 10 PM it starts, sit around with those dumb Mortal Kombat people, then go and pick up at 12:01 AM. You could get there at 11:30 PM, confirm pre=order, and still go in. But past 12 would likely be bad. Everyone usually leaves right away to go play.
