The < and > symbols were invented to represent quantity, not quality. Therefore, if you say pancakes < waffles, you have less pancakes than waffles.

pancakes are fluffy and soft, like an edible..flat..pillow

Reminds me of a place I ate at during my vacation to Indiana.

"Crazy D's". Had a 1-pound pancake that had CHOCOLATE CHIPS in it.
